Smallfoot is set to be released in theaters on September 28th, 2018. It stars Channing Tatum, Zendaya, LeBron James, Gina Rodriguez, and Danny DeVito. It is directed by Karey Kirkpatrick and is produced by Bonne Radford, Glenn Ficarra, and John Requa. The synopsis is as follows:
An animated adventure for all ages, with original music and an all-star cast, “Smallfoot” turns a myth upside down when a bright young yeti finds something he thought didn’t exist—a human.
News of this “smallfoot” throws the simple yeti community into an uproar over what else might be out there in the big world beyond their snowy village, in an all-new story about friendship, courage and the joy of discovery.
“Smallfoot” stars Channing Tatum (“The LEGO® Batman Movie,” the “Jump Street” films), Zendaya (“Spider-Man: Homecoming”), Common (“Selma”), LeBron James (upcoming “Space Jam 2”), Danny DeVito (“The Lorax,” Oscar nominee for “Erin Brockovich”), Gina Rodriguez (“Jane the Virgin”), and Yara Shahidi (TV’s “Black-ish”). It debuts in theaters on September 28.
Speaking about discovery, I want to talk about something. My husband and I will be celebrating our Ten Year Wedding Anniversary next year and we’ve always wanted to go to Hershey, Pennslyvania and go to the Hershey Theme Park. We believe that will be a great way to celebrate ten years of wedded bliss, letting out our inner children together while still experiencing it as full-fledged adults.
We are hoping to experience a lot of roller coasters, meet cute characters in chocolate candy themed costumes, browse fun gift shops, and seek out even more rides that we can’t wait to ride! My husband and I love them parks and try to go as often as possible. Keeping our inner children alive to a certain extent is important to us and theme parks are perfect for that!
The Hershey Theme Park would also capture our imaginations because it will remind us of what it was like being a kid, eating peanut butter cups and playing until we passed out. We don’t get to do that so much as adults (especially the eating candy part), so getting a chance to play and use let our imaginations run free for a few days is the perfect way to spend our Ten Year Anniversary!
