I Tried the No Makeup-Makeup Look!

Today I’m going to get my eyebrows threaded. That means minimal makeup. I thought this would be the perfect time to do a tutorial on the “No Makeup-Makeup Up Look!”

I usually use my BB Cream, but it doesn’t match my skin. So, when I apply, I apply it everywhere, including my eye area so everything matches. Not today because I don’t want to get in the way of the threading. So, I’m going to use some sunscreen and then go in with my Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water.

Next, I covered up my pimples with Essence Colour Correcting Stick.

I then went in and applied my Estée Lauder Double Wear Concealer with my Beauty Blender.

My under-eye circles needed covering. So first I went in with my Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer, blended it with my Beauty Blender and then mixed it with my Neutrogena Hydroboost Cover Stick. I blended that with my Real Techniques Diamond Makeup Sponge.

I thought that a tiny bit of eyewear couldn’t hurt. So, I started with my Urban Decay Primer Potion and lined my eyes with my black Tarte Sex Kitten Eyeliner.

I thought they could use a little color, not much. I went in with my Too Faced Cat Eyes Palette and applied the shade “Tiger’s Eye.”

I applied just a couple of coats of Better Than Sex Mascara. This is not my go-to mascara, but just like with Lash Paradise, I’m doing an experiment for a blog in a month. (Any guesses?)

A little color to the should do the trick! I applied my Sleek Blush in the color Flamingo. I ordered this blush thanks to the Beauty Guru, Kathleen Lights before it ever came to the states. If you ever get your hands on this beautiful blush, just know it’s very pigmented, so don’t swipe that brush too much or too hard!

Lastly, I sprayed on my Mario Badescu Facial Spray. Now, time for the lips!

I lined my lips with Real Her Liner and applied NYX Lingerie in Bustier.

It kills me not to do my brows, but, first world problems!

Here’s the final look!
